Sluggish=you might need more lean protein! One gram for every ounce of lean body weight...or thereabouts! 6 ounces of chicken breast has a little bit over 50 grams. Lots of water, too! And...YES...taking a day off is GOOD....I typically exercise every other day at this point (doing cardio and strength on same day)..though might start to alternate cardio and strength daily once the kids are back in school.
